Decision Sciences Partnership Manager

Daniella Diniz serves as Decision Sciences Partnership Manager at the Alliance, bringing more than 15 year’s experience in higher education, including a decade designing, planning, and leading the execution and growth of cutting-edge initiatives at the intersection of education, development, and social impact in a global setting.

Most recently, she served as the Associate Director of the Master of Behavioral and Decision Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania. She was responsible for the program curriculum, managing and building bridges with institutional partners, and advising over 150 students towards career and professional goals in connection with the field.

She graduated from Columbia University (where she got her MA, MS, and Ph.D.) and has helped the university build its operations and create its programs and partnership pipeline in Brazil.
