De’Breon Bailey

De’Breon is an education senior associate for the Alliance of Decision Education. As an education associate, De’Breon will work with schools and teachers across the country to heighten their understanding and aid in their implementation of Decision Education.

Prior to joining the Alliance, De’Breon worked as a professional learning specialist for Amplify Education. There, she traveled nationally to deliver middle school ELA professional development trainings to teachers and district leaders. Before Amplify, De’Breon spent four years in the classroom as an educator, where she taught both, Pre-K and 6th grade. She attended the University of North Texas and earned her B.S in Interdisciplinary Studies EC-6th and graduated with her M.S. in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University.

De’Breon currently resides in Dallas, TX. In her free time, she loves to travel and explore new things to do in her city. She especially enjoys all things DIY, relaxing to recharge, and spending time with her loved ones.
