Joy Pansari

Joy Pansari is the Impact and Evaluation Manager. Before joining the Alliance, she served as a teacher, school district leader, and program evaluator.

Joy brings more than a decade of K-12 evaluation experience in public, private, and not-for-profit settings. She views evaluation as a key to improving long-term outcomes for students, their families, and their communities.

She holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Rochester with a concentration in program evaluation. She is an adjunct professor and a member of the American Evaluation Association.

Joy lives in Rochester, NY, with her husband, Sanjay. They are the parents of two sons. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and cooking.
