Courtney Shaw Kelly

Courtney Shaw Kelly is the Development Services Manager at the Alliance for Decision Education, joining with over two decades of experience in executive administration and operation management.

Prior to joining the Alliance, Courtney worked in banking, insurance, civic technology, and spent most of her career in higher education at Philadelphia University and Haverford College. It was at Haverford where Courtney learned about the world of development and was eager to return to this sector to help promote the mission of the Alliance through sustainable philanthropic support to benefit current and future generations of students. Courtney was driven to youth-focused organizations through her experience as a Girl Scouts Troop leader and involvement with her children’s school groups.

Born, raised and educated in Philadelphia, Courtney now resides in Havertown with her husband, two children and dog, Sasha. Courtney enjoys traveling, working out at the Y, dining out, and in the warmer months, you can find her hanging out at the Mann Center for Performing Arts.
