Ramon Vaughan

Ramon Vaughan is the Philanthropic Partnerships Senior Manager at the Alliance for Decision Education and has over 15 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, business operations, and revenue management.

Originally from Kingston Jamaica, Ramon traveled during and after college to explore opportunities as an entrepreneur and accomplish impact-driven work. He has spent most of his career working in the Philadelphia area working in both the impact and fundraising departments at United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, and also managing entrepreneurial ecosystems and startup communities in the Philadelphia Life Science space. He has worked on expanding the resources available to Philadelphia Life Science companies through the accomplishment of two separate lab expansion projects in University City. Prior to starting at the Alliance, Ramon was leading the launch of an Agri-technology project in East Africa.

Ramon lives in the Collingdale area with his wife and two children. He enjoys trips to the beach, road trips, reading, listening to music, and traveling to places that offer interesting experiences.
