Ramon Vaughan is the Philanthropic Partnerships Senior Manager at the Alliance for Decision Education. He brings over 15 years of expertise in corporate sales, business development, business operations, and revenue management to his role.
Originally from Kingston, Jamaica, Ramon embarked on a journey during and after college to explore entrepreneurial opportunities and engage in impact-driven work. He has spent most of his professional career in the Philadelphia area, where he has made significant contributions to the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, focusing on impact and fundraising initiatives. In the Philadelphia Life Sciences sector, Ramon has been instrumental in managing entrepreneurial ecosystems and startup communities, successfully leading two lab expansion projects in University City.
Before joining the Alliance, Ramon led the launch of an Agri-technology project in East Africa, further showcasing his commitment to innovative and impactful projects.
Ramon resides in Lower Merion Township with his wife and two children. In his free time, he enjoys trips to the beach, road trips, reading, listening to music, and exploring new and interesting places.
