Salisha Bhola

Salisha Bhola is the Recruiting Manager at the Alliance, bringing years of experience from the nonprofit and education sectors.

Salisha is passionate about education. Before joining the Alliance, she worked at a nonprofit focusing on college access for students, where she was part of the Talent Team, making improvements to process and policy. She has an interest in the psychology of decision-making, and believes in working for organizations that align with her personal values—which was an important factor in her joining the Alliance’s team.

Salisha holds a B.A. in psychology. When she is not working, she enjoys reading, traveling, and enjoying new restaurants and cafes.
