Rafi Moreen

Rafi Moreen is the Development Manager at the Alliance for Decision Education. In this role, he helps to resource the important work of the Alliance, participating in the life cycle of philanthropic gifts to the organization through prospect research and donor stewardship. His strong experience facilitating partnerships among broad constituencies and excellent research and communication skills are tools he is excited to bring to his current position.

Prior to joining the Alliance, Rafi spent over seven years at United Way of Metro Chicago, most recently as the Director of Foundation and Principal Gifts. In this position, he gained a deep understanding of proposal development and reporting through working with leading foundations and other major donors to successfully resource program support and capacity building throughout the Chicago metro region. In addition to working in the nonprofit sector, Rafi has served in various roles in business and government. He is dedicated to supporting the community in which he lives and using his skills to make a difference.

Outside of work, Rafi is an avid reader and enjoys running, exploring nature, and cooking. A Bala Cynwyd native, he is thrilled to be returning to the area with his wife and preschool-age son.
