Jennifer Phan currently serves as an Human Resources Associate at the Alliance. She chose the field because she enjoys being an advocate for employees and creating a working environment for them to feel comfortable and thrive in.
Prior to the Alliance, Jennifer worked as an Administrative Coordinator for a construction company. Here, she supported the leadership team with administrative functions. She also had the pleasure of leading the team on special HR projects. This included the implementation and training of the company’s new HRIS system and the creation of their performance-based bonus structure. During that time, Jennifer also earned her M.S. in Strategic Human Resource Management from Saint Joseph’s University.
When she is out of office, Jennifer enjoys finding new ways to stay active and exploring the world that we live in further. Whether this is done by traveling to new places or eating new foods, you can always count her in!
