Students will learn to recognize how emotions and cognitive biases influence their decision-making, particularly regarding health and wellbeing. Through practical exercises in emotional intelligence and bias recognition, they will develop skills to make more balanced decisions by understanding the interplay between their emotional responses and rational thinking. This knowledge will help them make more conscious choices that positively impact both their physical and mental well-being.
