Applications for Thinking Probabilistically

At the Alliance, we are always exploring and learning more about Decision Education to inform our own work.

Here, we’re sharing the slide deck from a recent learning session where we explored practical ways to apply the Decision Education domain, Thinking Probabilistically, into our daily work and lives. From finding ways to think through a project’s expected value to applying bet tests, Alliance staff learned ways we could get more comfortable with giving estimations, calibrating confidence, and navigating uncertainty.
