Tyesha Flagg

Tyesha Flagg is a Project Coordinator at Alliance for Decision Education, with a background in marketing and communications. She enjoys bringing structure and organization to complex projects while keeping communication clear and teams aligned.

Most recently, she worked in the clean energy sector, supporting initiatives connected to the U.S. Department of Energy. In that role, she contributed to sustainability-focused programs and supported efforts to secure grant funding for small, minority-, and women-owned businesses.

Known for her reliability, collaborative spirit, and ability to keep teams aligned, Tyesha enjoys building systems that work and driving projects forward with clarity and purpose.

Born and raised in Pennsylvania, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, exploring new cities, and binge watching TV shows.
