Ty Findley is a Managing Partner for a venture capital fund, Ironspring Ventures, where he leads investments in innovative tech companies changing the way our world designs, builds, distributes, and operates sustainably within legacy industries. As both an operator and investor, he brings over a decade of digital industrial experience across his time investing for multiple venture capital firms, including Pritzker Group Venture Capital, General Electric Ventures, and G51 Capital. Prior to his investing career, he worked as a design engineer for The Boeing Company. Ty is also a member of the Kauffman Fellows venture capital fellowship.

Ty earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. He graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Baylor University, where he was also a letterman member of the football team and a senior captain.
