Community and Partnerships Liaison
Grace earned her B.A. in Philosophy from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland. During a university placement at a local school, she created and taught a curriculum about ethical decision-making and “moral dilemmas.” This was her first encounter with the potential impact of teaching decision-making skills in K-12 education. Since then, she has been working with education nonprofits to help young people discover their values and develop crucial life skills.
Prior to joining the Alliance for Decision Education, Grace held several positions at the Louisiana Children’s Museum, where she was involved with operations, education, and project coordination. She also built and managed the museum’s volunteer program, created a Youth Leadership Program for high school students, and led an initiative to increase accessibility for children with disabilities.
Outside of work, Grace enjoys painting, visiting museums, cycling, and traveling. She also appreciates good storytelling, whether through books, podcasts, or conversations with friends.
