Connie Murphy

Director of Philanthropy

Connie Murphy is a nonprofit executive with 25+ years experience in fundraising, business development and partnership work.

Connie has worked at both the national and local levels in education and healthcare, helping organizations broaden their footprint and raise leadership philanthropic funds to achieve greater reach and impact. She has held leadership roles with Learning Ally, the American Lung Association, the American Diabetes Association, Fox Chase Cancer Center and Ursinus College.

Prior to joining the Alliance for Decision Education as the Director of Philanthropy, Connie was the EVP for Partnerships and Community Development and Learning Ally. During that time, she re-engineered the philanthropy program with a leadership gift initiative that helped transform the organization from a loss in federal funding to achieving a sustainable revenue model that more than doubled its reach to students, schools, and educators.

Connie is a volunteer board member for Gemma Services and the 3-2 Count Foundation, as well as an active volunteer, with her husband, for the North Penn High School Boys Soccer program. She lives in Lansdale, PA with her husband, Chris, and two sons, Matthew and Kevin.
