Kelley Borradaile, Ph.D.

Director of Evaluation, Impact, and Research

Kelley Borradaile is the Director of Evaluation, Impact, and Research at the Alliance for Decision Education. She brings extensive experience in applied research and evaluation to support the Alliance’s mission to improve lives by empowering students with essential skills and dispositions for making better decisions. Kelley specializes in designing and leading interdisciplinary studies, translating evidence into clear and actionable insights, and working closely with stakeholders to strengthen programs and improve outcomes.

Before joining the Alliance, Kelley was a Senior Researcher at Mathematica, where she led complex research and evaluation efforts across education and a range of human services, including public health, workforce development, and social services. Her work is grounded in rigorous methodology and a strong commitment to making research useful and accessible to diverse audiences.

Kelley holds a Ph.D. in Policy Research, Evaluation, and Measurement and an M.S. in Statistics, Measurement, and Research Technology from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a B.A. in Psychology from Lafayette College. She lives in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, with her husband, their two children, and their dog. Outside of work, she enjoys running, hiking, and attending her kids’ sporting events.
