Jennifer Heckman

Jennifer Heckman is the Deputy Director of People Operations at the Alliance for Decision Education. With over 20 years of experience, Jennifer has strategically applied her HR knowledge throughout various industries, including environmental, wind energy, distribution, and health services. With a continued focus on the quality of workplace environments, Jennifer seeks ways to attract and retain talent, develop the workforce, and ensure proper HR management in all areas and levels of the company.

Prior to joining Alliance for Decision Education, Jennifer worked in high-level HR management positions for Clean Earth, Bancroft, and Gamesa Technology Corporation. She most recently was the Risk and Safety Manager for a large-scale merchandising company.

Jennifer has proven to be a human resources business partner, driving the development and implementation of human resources strategies and policies to support business objectives. She focuses on strategic innovation and implementing processes and procedures throughout the organization, and has participated in developing and implementing global, national, and local initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement priorities.

Jennifer resides in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with her husband and two daughters. Their family also includes two dogs, Georgia and Tango, one cat, Zelda, and a bearded dragon, Loki.
