Charlie Hartwell is the Managing Director of Bridge Builders Collaborative, a pioneering investment group supporting start-ups in the space of mental health, mindfulness, digital therapeutics, psychedelic-assisted therapy, and other interventions that help improve the mental and spiritual well-being of humanity. Charlie is a Harvard Business School graduate who has worked in over 14 industries, and has a passion for innovation, growth, and authentic leadership. He is dedicated to co-creating and supporting global movements that improve humanity. Together with his wife, Maureen Pelton, Charlie co—founded The ShiftIt Institute, which focuses on helping ignite expanded states of consciousness in compassionate and practical ways.
