From Our Learning Sessions: Applications for Thinking Probabilistically

July 3, 2024

At the Alliance, we are always exploring and learning more about Decision Education to inform our own work.

Here, we’re sharing the slide deck from a recent learning session where we explored practical ways to apply the Decision Education domain, Thinking Probabilistically, into our daily work and lives. From finding ways to think through a project’s expected value to applying bet tests, Alliance staff learned ways we could get more comfortable with giving estimations, calibrating confidence, and navigating uncertainty.

We hope you find this presentation helpful for applying these skills and tools yourself!
